Arcadia Shipmanagement has selected ABS Advanced Solutions to implement an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program to further enhance the reliability of its 15 tanker fleet.
Arcadia Shipmanagement will implement the ABS Enterprise Asset Management program to help manage physical assets from design to decommissioning to optimise use, reduce costs, and improve vessel reliability and efficiency.
Arcadia will take advantage of ABS’ asset lifecycle management strategy, computerised maintenance management system utilisation; inventory management; planning, scheduling and process automation; performance optimisation; and maintenance and reliability strategy.
